In his capacity as Vice Chairman of the Black Stars Management Committee, Stephen Appiah will oversee Player Relations, according to the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
While in charge of Player Relations, the former Black Stars captain will collaborate closely with Dr. Randy Abbey, the Committee Chairman, to offer the support that is required.
Dr. Randy Abbey, the chairman, has been assigned the responsibility of spearheading communication with the government and other interested parties.
The Ghana FA also anticipates that he would serve as the committee’s leader and successfully carry out the overall responsibility of managing the Black Stars’ logistical and administrative operations.
Mr. Moses Armah, the president of Medeama Sporting Club, and Mr. Samuel Aboabire, the chairman of the Greater Accra Regional Football Association and a member of the GFA Executive Council, are among the other members of the Committee.
Before Ghana returns to action in March for the next two games in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, the new Black Stars Management Committee gets to work right away.
The Black Stars will play Chad at home during that time before heading to Madagascar for another crucial game.
