I’m a woman, and I have evidence to prove it – Bobrisky reacts to Trump’s Gender Order

Popular Nigerian transgender Idris Okuneye, better known by her stage name Bobrisky, has reacted to the latest executive order issued by U.S. President Donald Trump that only acknowledges male and female genders.

Signed by Trump on his first day in office, the policy seeks to ensure that only these two genders are recognized in all U.S. government policies.

“As of today, it will henceforth be the official policy of the United States government that there are only two genders, male and female,” Trump said in his inaugural address, confirming the decision.

Bobrisky, who is presently residing in the United States, has responded by underestimating the impacts of the policy and reiterating her confidence in her identification as a woman.

A post on her Instagram handle read, “I don’t have business with Trump. Trump said we have only two genders, right? And I said I am a woman. who has undergone everything, If they ask for evidence, I will show them. Simple.’’
