Felix Kwakye Ofosu, the minister responsible for government communications, has denied rumors that media personality and actress Joselyn Dumas has been granted a position in John Mahama’s administration.
This follows speculations that the filmmaker was appointed as the Deputy Director of Diaspora, which were speculated on multiple media outlets on March 2, 2025.
During an interview with myjoyonline.com, Mr. Kwakye claimed that he could verify that all the others in the creative sector had been appointed to an office in the government, with the exception of Joselyn Dumas.
“Miss Dumas has not been appointed to any such position. I can confirm that of the rest,” Felix Kwakye Ofosu alleged.
He claimed that attempts to contact Joselyn Dumas were futile because no one answered calls or sent texts or messages on WhatsApp.
