The Black Galaxies, have arrived in Lome, Togo, for an international friendly match as part of their preparations for the upcoming 2024 CHAN qualifiers against Nigeria. The friendly match took place on December 11, 2024, at the Stade de Kegue, where the Black Galaxies secured a 2-0 victory over Togo.
Asante Kotoko forward Albert Amoah opened the scoring in the 3rd minute, followed by Yakubu Issah’s goal in the 27th minute. The match was part of Coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani’s efforts to fine-tune his squad ahead of the crucial two-legged tie against Nigeria. The first leg of the qualifier will be held in Ghana on December 22, 2024, with the return leg in Nigeria on December 28, 2024
