Hearts of Oak youngster Saani Mohammed has completed a transfer move to Danish professional football club side AC Horsens in a permanent deal.
The 18-year-old will sign for AC Horsens in the coming days after medical examination since an agreement has been reached between Hearts and the Danish club.
Saani Mohammed has been the subject of interest from clubs in Africa, Europe, and America following his performance in the Ghana premier league.
The highly-rated footballer made two assists in thirteen matches in 2024/25 Ghana premier league.
Saani signed for Hearts in the beginning of last season and went ahead to become a mainstay in the team having played integral role in the club’s 2024-25 campaign.
