Court Orders Anas Aremeyaw Anas To Testify Without Mask In Nyantakyi Case

The court of Appeal has ordered investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas to appear in court without mask in the ongoing case against former Ghana Football Association president Kwesi Nyantakyi.

The panel ruled unanimously on Thursday that Anas testifying without a mask constitutionally ensures the accused person receives a fair trial.

The high court revisiting an issue that had already been decided by the Supreme Court the ruling stated.

The decision means that Anas,known for his undercover investigate journalist, will have to testify in open court without his signature disguise in the corruption case against Former Ghana Football Association Kwesi Nyantakyi.
