Virtuoso music producer Fred Kyei Mensah (Fredyma) has mulled over in on the ongoing disagreement around Okomfour Kwadee, urging media personality Hammer Nti to allow the artist’s family, especially his mother, to handle his affairs.
Fredyma stressed that no one can love a child more than their own mother and suggested that Hammer Nti should respect the wishes of Kwadee’s family by drawing back from diligently managing his recovery and career.
Fredyma’s remarks comes after a hot argument on UTV’s United Showbiz, where the artist mother blames Hammer Nti of using her son for performances rather than sorting his full healing, which she believes inflames his condition.
The discussion has cleaved the show business and fans, with some applauding Hammer Nti’s efforts while others argue that Kwadee’s family should take full responsibility for his well-being.
Kwadee’s long-standing health problems have been a trouble for years, with many industry figures offering support at different times. But, this current disputes raises questions about the best way to ensure the musician’s long-term welfare.
“Since Kwadee’s mother says she doesn’t want to see him around her son anymore, Hammer cannot be more holy than the Pope or cry more than the bereaved. If something unfortunate happens to Kwadee while in his custody, those currently supporting him will be the same people to blame him,” Fredyma said.
